Production methods: The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, and placed in plastic casks of 25kg. Direct pressing with short skin maceration, with classical static sedimentation. The fermentation is done in stainless steel tank 1/2 and 1/2 in oak barrels 225L and oak casks 1000L with controlled temperature and lasts 10 – 14 days. FML and batonnage on fine lees after alcoholic fermentation.
