Production methods: The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, and placed in a plastic cask of 25kg. Direct pressing without maceration, classic white vinification with classical sedimentation. The fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks of 300hL and 600hL. Oxygen management under strict control.

Taste: The taste is light, energetic, and harmonious, with moderate acidity and a soft, refreshing aftertaste. The fragrance combines notes of tropical fruits, lemon, and white peach. Fine acidity with medium body and a ripe pear aftertaste.
Winemaker’snote: Refreshing, easy, loose, subtle, soft, with fine minerality. On the palate, the wine shows fine acidity with a silky fruity medium body.
