Production methods: The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, and placed in plastic casks of 25kg. Direct pressing without maceration, classic white vinification with classical sedimentation. The fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks of 300hL and 600hL with controlled ranging from 13˚C to 16˚C and lasts 10 – 16 days. Oxygen management under strict control.

Taste: An aromatic spicy-fruity symphony with hints of citrus and white fruits. The taste is soft, full, and smooth, with a long and fresh aftertaste. Fleshy, polished, and very fresh attack with clean, clear-cut aromas. Full, long, and ethereal.
Winemaker’snote: Highly successful blend, making serious wine. An elegant white, with incredible purity of fruit.
